Microscopic Features-

A) Provided H and E stained and studied sections show richly cellular lesion partially covered by stratified squamous epithelium with focal areas showing atrophy. Lesional cells are characterized by round to spindle shaped cells with vesicular and hyperchromatic nucleus,also shows pleomorphism with numerous mitosis with few cells showing loss of cohesiveness. Few areas showing mild inflammatory infiltrate chiefly composed of lymphocytes is also evident. B) H & E stained and studied section of submited paraffin block shows loose irregularly arranged collagen fibres,skeletal muscle and adipose tissue with no evidence of lesional tissue.

Impression-A) The overall histopathological features are suggestive of poorly differentiated invasive Carcinoma and to be correlated clinically .Further ancillary studies are required to render final diagnosis. DateSignature
