    Making the bolt 50 mm aluminium tube Milled to 20 mm Milled to 15 mm to make the body Drilled hole through the center Threaded the hole Making the leg Drawn leg on 2d design Cut out on CNC laser Drawn rims and end caps on 2d design Cut out rims and end caps on CNC laser Stuck it all together with liquid solvent cement Making the ratchet and pawl Drawn ratchet and pawl on 2d design Cut out ratchet and pawl on CNC laser Put 2 pins in allocated hole Put spring across 2 pins Hot glue gun the end of pins Bend aluminium Cut out a net of the aluminium Use aluminium bender to bend the aluminium Make 5 holes on each side Make polypropylene Cut out a net of the polypropylene with Stanley knife Heat the polypropelene Then put in aluminium. Make 5 holes on each side Pop rivet the aluminium and polypropylene together
