    Any student who will be transferring at the end of this semester must do the following:
    1. Parents must schedule an appointment to come in to sign all

    necessary papers in the Records Office between June 4th and June 8, 2012. Call Ms. Baumgarten at (773) 534-5676 to schedule an appointment. 2. Parents will need to provide the name of the new school and the students new address if the family is moving. 3. If a student will be attending another Chicago Public School, we need a letter of acceptance from the school before the transfer process can begin.
    4. All transfers out of Chicago Public Schools or to another Chicago

    Public School will be processed after the end of the school year, this is necessary to ensure complete records.
