LAW OFFICES OF JOHN A.

LONG
Thursday, June 14, 2012 NAME OF TENANT 8236 126th PL. SE. New Castle, WA 98056 NAME OF TENANT: As you may already know, we represent your landlord, Michael C. Teng, in matters pertaining to the property known as 8236 126th PL. SE. New Castle, WA 98056. We would like to take the time to reassure you that we are taking every step possible to help Mr. Teng keep possession of her property. It is very common for foreclosure Trustees to post or mail the notices that you have been receiving as a subversive tactic to force the property owner to give up. These are used as an intimidation tool and while, we do not condone this behavior, it is, unfortunately, a legal practice. Trust that we will not give up fighting for the commercial residence and have never lost a home or business property to foreclosure to date. In addition to the many techniques and legal methods that we employ, recent legislature has been enacted to protect the rights of tenants, such as yourselves. We use these tools to our fullest advantage in negotiating the best deal for our clients. Even if Mr. Teng were to lose rights to her property, there is a very small chance that your tenancy would be in jeopardy as most likely; anyone taking possession of the property would honor your original lease agreement. It is in everyones best interest for the property to be occupied by tenants such as yourself. If you have any questions or concerns, as counsel for your landlord, we must advise you to please contact Ms. Yi who can then forward your request to us. Please avoid contacting us directly for legal reasons. Respectfully,

Christina Strand Head of Negotiations Law Offices of John Long Ph: 425-427-9660
