Overview
This course provides an overview of EMC VFCache. It describes the VFCache solution, the physical and logical architecture and I/O operations in a VFCache environment.

Audience
This course is appropriate for all audiences that require a general overview of VFCache.

Prerequisite Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of and/or familiarity with:
EMC storage solutions including VMAX, VNX, VPLEX, and CLARiiON x86 server platforms Windows, Linux, VMware

Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to: Describe what VFCache is and where it should be deployed Illustrate the life of an I/O in a VFCache enabled environment Describe how VFCache can be configured and managed in both physical and virtual environments
