2 times of his salary for 2nd month. 3 times of his salary for 3rd month. And branch Manger target for the first two months is to activate the non activated existing account those who were shifted to some other broking firm due to some mis communication and other reasons. And his individual first month target is to increase the branch business and reach the brokerage at least 1 times of total branch costingin first 2 months.
Sales Strategy:
