Abstract

The study is on the consumers awareness level and regarding the company products of SBI-Life. The main objective of the study is to know the consumers awareness level of company products of SBI-Life. Closed ended questionnaire will be used for collecting the response from the customer. With the help of simple percentage and descriptive statistics the study will interpret the result ofconsumer awareness level of company products of SBI-Life. 6/18/12

Objectives of the study


To find out the consumer awareness
level about SBI-Life.

To find out the consumer perception


regarding the SBI-Life.

To find out the service quality offered


by SBI-Life.

Limitation of the study


The research is confined to a certain
part of Agartala.

Sample size is small, it is not


sufficient to come to a conclusion.

We have used convenient sampling


method.

Methodology

To achieve my objective I have primary questionnaire on the basis various factors that influence consumer perception and I have collected 30 sample from consumers SBI-Life. I used to percentage method and simple graphs and pie chart.
