left open. The suspect fled in a vehicle and was stopped by officers and arrested. Nothing was taken. 12-58160 Arrested: Lepson, Mark Alan, 51, of 5639 Oakland Rd in Halethorpe (charged with burglary). Beat A3 3400 FONT HILL DR, 6/16 1150. 0030 1100. Unknown suspect(s) poked a hole in a screen door and unlatched the door to the enclosed carport. Once inside, suspect(s) stole bicycles. 12-58196 Beat B2 6200 APRIL BROOK CIR, 6/16 1900 6/17 0745. Suspect(s) entered a garage and stole cash, credit cards and an iPhone from a vehicle held within. Investigation located the suspect, who was arrested. 12-58521 Arrested: Haskins, Douglas Lamar, 34, of 9566 Standon Place in Columbia (charged with burglary, credit card fraud, possession of CDS, possession of skimming device, and theft).
