I set goals based on what I need to do next using feedback from teachers. I monitor my goals and adjust my plan as needed.

I do my job and recognize when other need help and offer support. I take on different roles when working in groups and I help to delegate the various responsibilities. I speak kindly and appropriately with my peers. I avoid excluding others when working with the members of my group. I accept other peoples opinions, even if they are different than mine. I use positive problem solving strategies. I celebrate my own and other peoples successes.

I am able to work without direct teacher supervision. I complete all tasks on time, and with care. I follow rules and routines without needing to be reminded. I help others do the same (modeling expectations, helping those having difficulty getting started).

I encourage others to participate and celebrate their efforts. I demonstrate an interest and curiosity in my learning as evidenced in my work on this activity.

I clearly map out my ideas (on my poster, during my presentation, and in my commercial) in order to make my learning/ thinking visible. I use strategies to organize my written work.

I take responsibility for my own actions and I do not blame others. I am a role model. I am prepared with appropriate learning materials to support my group. I respect all of my teachers and peers because I know that my actions and words impact others. I ask for clarification when I dont understand (using resources/ information from the unit of study).
