Walt Disney was born in 1901 in Illinois and thrived into the animation business through an old garage, Disney's style has a unique playful quality that really grabs the audience, with a play of animals, slick characters with definitive characteristics which shine automatically, and the infamous villains which are well known from every film whether its scar from lion king, or Ursula from the little mermaid. Disney himself was a very clever man starting a whole new trend of animations, Disney stepped out of the pack when he began making sound cartoons in 1928.'(Barrier. 1:2007) Disney started this combination of sound within animation with steamboat willie, and from that moment it was released onwards we have progressed to the animations seen today in CGI with full sound effects from a leaf dropping to the loud voices of the characters, helping us interact even more with the films.

The infamous mickey mouse is still famous all around the world, and with the characters of Goofy, Pluto and the gang, it is worldwide known for the catchphrases of each member, and several animations involving what the gang got up to, and exciting to watch every time by every age, everywhere, which really shows the success that Disney has behind it. So much that people will say that Animation revolves around Disney and all other companies can only aspire to be as great as Disney and to be as successful
