REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

The Government of Indonesia, has received a loan from International Bank for Reconstruction and Decelopment
(IBRD/World Bank) and International Development Association (IDA) for Farmer Empowerment through
Agricultural Technology and Information (FEATI) Project (loan number 7427-IND and 4260-IND).

As a part of Executing Agency, the Center for Agricultural Data and Information (CADI) of the Minsitry of
Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, intends to apply a part of the budget covered the Part D of the project
activity for provision of services named: Development of Application I: Development of FEATI MIS.

The MoA –CADI now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interseted
consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures,
description of similar assigments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff,
etc). In particular the consultants should demonstrate their submission that they have following qualificcations,
experiences, and expertises in the area of developing MIS and web base MIS and web base application.

In order to meet the above requirement, consultants may associate to enchance their qualifications. Insuch case,
the firms should clearly specify whether they will associate in form of joint venture or sub consultancy. A joint-
venture should include a JV agreement or MOU which indicate that partners are jointly and severally liable for the
assignment.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection
and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004).
