    Received Rs. 1,25,155/-From M/s Trident Ltd against our out-standing

    bills for supply. Received Rs. 84480/- from M/s OPM,Amlai against our out-standing payment. Contacted M/s Cheema Boilers for our out-standing payment. Payment should be made in next 2-3 days as their director is on leave these days. Received PO for supply of Insulation Materials from M/s Dalmia Chini Mills. Sent quotation to M/s Satnam Global Infra Pvt ltd for supply of materials against their enquiry for that. Saini Sir is in meeting today with Mr. Jaideep Jain of M/s Olam Agro India Ltd regarding our out-standing payment. Mr. M.P.Bainda is in office today for the settlement of his account. IMPORTANT ISSUES:
    Insurance Claim payment --- Contacted Mr. Ravindra saraf, as

    informed they are in touch with insurance co.Sent letter to the branch manager of the companyReceived letter acceptance mail.
    UBI CC limit. Document to be submitted(Delay is due to balance

    sheet)
    Boutique hotel issue ---- Sent letter regarding payment.

    Closure of Kashipur Branch. Sale tax assessment of 4 years is

    pending.Applied for sale tax closure.Return filling for 4th qtr(2011-012) is in process. Sale tax assessment of delhi office is pending for five years. PAYMENT FOLLOWUP:
    Birla Corp. Satna payment.--- Required document & measurement

    Olam payment. ---- Meeting in next week.

    sheet sent to them. Kashipur Sugar mill (Rs. 0.3 lacs) .-----Payment received Rs. 25,000. Payment pending from Trident Site ---- 15620/- Bill not submitted by Manoj Joshi. One bill of IGL is pending since 2009..Sent Reminder. Cheema Boiler payment---- Cheque ready.

    cooperate . Y Z K Steel-Suresh Bandi --- Order received. Pioneer Insulation rectifier rent. (Both the rectifiers are on rent now.)
