    Travel/hotel/registration--All done through National AAP Your travel, hotel and registration arrangements for the Annual Meeting are all handled by National AAP. If you have not yet received confirmation or have any questions about your arrangements or those of your guests, please directly contact:

    2. RSVP for AAP-CA Sunday session--head count for lunch The only meeting NOT arranged by National is our Sunday 624 10am to 2pm AAP-CA Board meeting. This is a business meeting open only to AAP-CA Board members, Alternate Board members and Chapter Executive Directors. The District will cover the lunch expenses of all the above attendees. Please confirm if you will be there for lunch, as meals at the hotel are not cheap and we want to be sure to order the right amount! Also, if you are a member of the District Nominating Committee : the 4 Chapter Pres & VPs & our Nominating Rep are the 9 voting members, plus the DC, DVC & CFMC --3 ex officio members), please plan to stay Sunday until 2pm, as the Nominating Committee will be having an important closed session meeting from 1:402:00pm to consider DVC nominees. Other Board members and Ch EDs may plan to adjourn at 1:40pm. 3. Request for any additional Background for agenda items for Virtual Board book/AV on site Below is the updated agenda for our Fri afternoon and Sunday AAPCA only sessions during this weekend meeting. I have noted items for which I already have background. If you would like to share anything with the Board on any items on the agenda (particularly ones for which you are the designated presenter) please send it to me as soon as possible so that we can post it on the web portal we will be providing to members.

    There will be AV equipment at both meetings if you want to show a powerpoint in real time. Please pay attention to the time limits for each item if you do create slides. Email your slides to me as soon as possible so we can upload them for you onsite.
