Boiler only run one at a time from about 0600 to 2200. - Condensate water from calorifier is return back to condensate tank. - Treatment water less used as it recycle the condensate water to feed tank. - Steam used for autoclave and no return steam back to the system. - Steam consumption 60% and hot water 40%
