    120621-1141-01 Other 16805-B Birkdale Commons Prkwy: A water main break caused a sink hole in the pavement on Birkdale Commons Parkway at Townley Rd. CMUD came out to repair the pipeline. The roadway will be closed for an extended period of time with barricades. 120621-1153-01 Larceny 12518 Moores Mill Rd: The victim reported that a child at Bradley Middle School stole her sons cell phone and case for a Kindle. 120621-1346-01 Larceny 16924 Stinson Ave: The victim reported that she discovered jewelry missing from her residence and went to Brown Lee Jewelry to see if it was there. The victim found her missing jewelry at the store and reported that to police. 120621-1557-01 Disturbance 9701 Sam Furr Rd (Sams Mart): The victim reported that he had an altercation with a former employee that he just terminated and the employee was causing a disturbance at the business.

    120621-1410-01 Larceny 9743 Sam Furr RD: Subject entered the business and selected items. Subject presented these items to customer service to obtain a refund (knowing that she did not purchase these items). 120621-1631-02 Financial Identity Theft 16606 Grassy Creek Dr: The victim reported that someone used his name to file a tax return.
