-Admin Duties and responsibilities


Performing scan on company admin date base such as Attendance sheet Communications Filing all communications in proper way Review and prepare roster for staff per projects Update the filling systems for each employees Communication point and Hub point for governmental relations Issue memo for projects supervisor and in house staff based on updated requirements from governments Effective data base and origination operations Creating environment for smooth operations First contact point for Admin, HR , Compliances issues Monitor progress in projects to monitor worker performance, attendances E file system for incoming out going communications Cloud server for any documents required like Supervise the Labor law regulation ( W.P.S ) Employees relation( Insurance ,ticket , ID , Visa, and other related )

Draft and develop the Group HR Departments for group Develop T raining and development

Assistant in recruitment in most qualified candidates eligible as per the conditions per UAE Labor law Develop Organizing Training for in ho use staff Initiate training and development for Project staff in order to increase their skills Prepare ,Design the Group structure an organization structure Develop Job Descriptions for organization Performance management system ( evaluation system per 3 month ) Rewarding system for staff for motivation Organization branding Assistant to M.D and other Sr staff regarding compliances issue Prepare the company Policy and procedures Employees hand Book Prepare HR budget Reporting to MD for ( performance, absent seem , Budget , ) and any other subjects required Summery of HR Admin Responsibility

Recruitment and selection Establish and maintain system for Hr department and section Provide assistant in employee relation on all situations Manage and prepare reporting HR Budget Create and maintained Company policy and processing ( HSE , QHS , QEHS)
