    Expansion plans include the next phase of plant augmentation at its chakan unit, near pune.
    Co. held talks with state govt. for setting up new factory with an investment of Rs.3000-4000 cr.

    Investment was originally supposed to happen at Chakan but that was hit, with the Maharashtra Govt. Pawan goenka , president (automotive sector ) said that they are in their final decision making process as to where they will locate their next plant. Further Rs.2500 cr is earmarked for capital expenditure and merger and acquisition opportunities for 3 years.
