CHESTERFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC Minutes for the April 12, 2010

Meeting In attendance: Cheryl Liniger, Treasurer, Edd Liniger, Neighborhood Watch, Judy Herndon, Clubhouse, Scott Johns, Architect, Beverly Petitt, Secretary, and John Verfurth. John Verfurth was in attendance at the meeting to put his bid in for the cover of the pump station--! 1) Option A $3670.00! 2) Option B $4094.00 After discussion Option B was approved. John will be at the May meeting for nal approval. Judy Herndon received a bid from John Verfurth for construction of a Four Season Sun Room. A copy of the design was submitted to Scott Johns and approved by the board. Beverly Petitt passed out the minutes from the March meeting. Scott Johns made a motion to approve the minutes and Judy Herndon seconded. At this time the Association is still looking for a President, Vice President, and Pool Coordinator. Scott Johns is in the process of dealing with 2 parking issues and 2 landscape issues. Edd Liniger agreed to help Scott with the architect issues. Judy Herndon addressed car parked over off Scenic. She will check with the neighbor to as to where the car is parked. Cheryl Liniger asked if a letter was sent addressing the awning and Scott said yes. Edd Liniger stated that Kelly Maughons house was broken is three times but only 1 police report was done. The Chestereld Village Neighbor Garage Sale is to be on April 24th. The signs will be put up at the being of the week by Edd Liniger and Richard Petitt, ad in the local paper, and an ad on Craigs List. Judy Herndon, Clubhouse Coordinator, did check on the non for prot status. Chestereld Village Community is all in order. When new non for prot status is needed, the paper work is sent to the Treasurer. Judy Herndon stated there was 1 rental in March. At this time there will be 1 rental in April, 2 rentals in May, and 2 rentals in June. Cheryl Liniger stated there are still 6 households which have not paid dues. She will send out letters again stating if payment is not received trash collection may be stopped. Edd Lininger is to contact each block captain. Cheryl Liniger passed out the Treasurers Balance Sheet. Cheryl Liniger made a motion to adjourn and Judy Herndon seconded. Respectally submitted by Beverly Petitt, Secretary
