Escorel, of legal age, Filipino, Married, presently assigned with the STATION ANTI ILLEGAL DRUGS-SPECILA OPERATION TASK GROUP, SAN Juan POLICE STATION, SAN Juan CITY, after having been sworn in accordance with law, depose and say THAT: 1. On about 230pm, October 29,2010, PO2 Escorel member of SAID-sotg received an information from a male person that there is a drug trade as well as pot session along tuberias street along the alley in which drug trade was on going, and with that information we immediately relay the said information to our chief SAID-SOTG for proper briefing and instruction.
