Parents Should Control their Childs Exposure to Video Games

1. Because children and teens are losing their ability to adequately communicate with their family members and peers. 2. Because playing violent computer games, especially among boys, has been linked with increased aggression. 3. Because children may fall victims to child predators, especially those who are playing in online communities or social networks. 4. Because teens spending more time online, communicating with strangers in multi-user domains do experience greater declines in social involvement and increases in their feeling of loneliness and depression. 5. Because parents are allowing their children to control family time. 6. Because due to the lack of physical activity the chance of a child becoming obese and growing into obesity is increasing at a fast pace.
