Directions
1. Boil all vegetables except capsicum.remove water from it & take them in one bowl. 2. Once get cool smash well all the vegetable. add ajinomoto, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar,maida, corn starch. mix all together & make a soft, thick dough of it. 3. Make 15-18 balls of this dough. 4. Dip fry all the ball in oil. 5. Heat another pan with 2 tsp oil, add ginger-garlic paste in it. then add few chopped garlic in it. 6. Add 2 tsp of each sauce & capsicum. shallow fry it.

dip all the fried balls in this gravy & serve it.

Chinese Veg Fried Rice with an Indian twist and its so easy even a kid can make it. It just takes 15 minutes to cook, what more you can ask for a busy weekday dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 3 cups boil rice 4 tsp. of Soy Sauce (low sodium-optional) 4 tsp. of Vinegar tsp. of Red chili powder 1 cup Mix vegetables 1 tsp. of Cumin seeds 2 tsp. of Oil
Directions
Heat oil in non stick pan and add cumin seeds. When seeds splutter add mixed vegetables. Fry the vegetables just for a very little time and then add red chili powder. Then add Boil rice and let them fry for five minutes. Now add Soy sauce and Vinegar. Garnish with fresh chopped scallions /green onions
