    Dear Sir, I bought a Samsung Monte S5620 from your MobileStore outlet in Katra,Allahabad, on 3rd September,2010.

    I also paid Rs.99 for the one year extended warranty serv ice. My mobile's audio jack is malfunctioning and i have visited the MobileStore outl et in Atlantis Mall,Civil Lines,Allahabad several times and each time they put i t off due to some or the other reason. Today they told me that I'll have to pay Rs.600 for repair of the jack and leave my mobile there for a day or two. Since i have availed that extended warranty service I don't understand why i hav e to pay repair charges. I am sorry to say that I am *extremely disappointed* by your service and did not expect this from such a large-scale company. Even a ro adside shop treats its customers better and not in this way.
