    The Board of Trustees Canadian ISD


    A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Canadian ISD was held Thursday, January 6, 2011, beginning at 1:00 PM in the Administration Building located at 800 Hillside Canadian, Texas 79014. Those present were: Ken King, presiding, Salem Abraham, Betsy Alexander, Larry Gatlin, John C. Isaacs, Randy Walser, Superintendent, Kyle Lynch, Business Manager, Cindy Moore, Canadian High School principal, Rick Berry, Canadian Record reporter, Jason Turner, Representatives of Amarillo College, Shawn Fouts, Russell Lowery-Hart, Paul Matney, Lou Ann Seabourn, Terry Berg, and Ellen Robertson Green. Allen Hadaway was absent. I. ESTABLISH A QUORUM a. Invocation Mr. King gave the invocation. II. REPORTS/DISCUSSION ITEMS a. Votech discussion with representatives from Amarillo College The Board discussed with Amarillo College the possibilities of assistance with Vo-tech courses. III. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT a. Review next meeting date and time The next regular meeting will be Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 6:30 P.M. at the administration building. IV. ADJOURNMENT Mr. Walser moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:27 P.M. Mr. Gatlin seconded the motion.
