    The Board of Trustees of Canadian ISD held a special meeting on February 3, 2012 to consider and approve the purchase of real property located at 423 Hobart for $85,000, splitting the closing costs with sellers Jeffrey and Holly Henderson as recommended by Superintendent Lynch. Those present at the meeting were Board President Ken King, members Salem Abraham, Betsy Alexander, Larry Gatlin, Allen Hadaway, and John C. Isaacs. Superintendent Randy Walser, Business Manager Kyle Lynch, and reporter Tyler Bean from the Canadian Record also attended.

    Minutes of Special Meeting

    The Board of Trustees Canadian ISD

    A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Canadian ISD was held Friday, February 3, 2012, beginning at 11:30 AM in the Canadian ISD Administration Building located at 800 Hillside, Canadian, Hemphill County, Texas. Those present were: Ken King, presiding, Salem Abraham, Betsy Alexander, Larry Gatlin, Allen Hadaway, John C. Isaacs, Randy Walser, Superintendent, Kyle Lynch, Business Manager, Cindy Moore, And Canadian Record Reporter, Tyler Bean. I. CALL TO ORDER Mr. King called the meeting to order. INVOCATION Mr. King gave the invocation. CONSIDER/APPROVE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY Mr. Walser moved to approve the purchase of real property located at 423 Hobart for the purchase price of $85,000 and split the closing costs with sellers Jeffrey Henderson and Holly Henderson as recommended by Superintendent Lynch. Mr. Gatlin seconded the motion. It passed unanimously. ADJOURN Mr. Gatlin moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Walser seconded the motion. It passed unanimously.
