    Minutes of Training Meeting

    The Board of Trustees Canadian ISD

    A Training Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Canadian ISD was held Tuesday, April 17, 2012, beginning at 6:30 PM in the Administration Building located at 800 Hillside, Canadian, Texas 79014. Those present were: Ken King, presiding, Salem Abraham, Betsy Alexander, Larry Gatlin, Allen Hadaway, John C. Isaacs, Superintendent, Kyle Lynch, Business Manager, Cindy Moore, Canadian Record Editor, Laurie Brown, TASB Policy Consultant, Erin Oehler, Ray Anderson and Rudy Godino. Randy Walser was absent. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. II. INVOCATION Mr. Isaacs gave the invocation. III. Policy Development and the use and maintenance of the District's policy manual, facilitated by the district's policy consultant/analyst from the Texas Association of School Boards TASB Policy Consultant, Erin Oehler reviewed the Districts policy manual with the board. IV. ACTION ITEM There were no action items for this meeting. V. ADJOURN This meeting did not adjourn, the board went immediately into the 7:15 P.M. meeting.
