Account Management Build customer relationships Manage customer revenue and profitability Build and lead account management teams to scale revenues Work with sales and marketing team to pursue business growth Work with third parties / logistics service providers to drive efficiency

2. Operations Management a. Understand key customer operations / requirements b. Build process maps / flow diagrams c. Identify process improvements in customer operations d. Carry out advanced analysis of supply chain data using MS Excel and other tools e. Quickly understand business issues and data challenges of the customer f. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. g. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs 3. Logistics a. Conduct due diligence on logistics service providers b. Conduct surveys of logistics service providers and their employees c. Liaison with multiple stakeholders in the logistics eco-system d. Participate in and manage procurement events, vendor negotiation, contract closure and vendor performance monitoring 4. Systems a. Train the customer in using the Enterpriseforce process and system b. Solicit client feedback for process / system improvement and work with technical teams to execute changes
