This study is anchored on the theory of Brain 1973 as cited by Cunado (1999) that there exists a positive relationship bet. Values and performance that is if the former is high then the latter would also be high.

Statement of the Problem o The main purpose in conducting the study was to determine the level of work values and performance of teacher in KCAST, Davao del Norte.

Specifically, it sought answers of the following questions: 1.what is the level of the teachers work values in terms of: 1.1 commitment/ dedication; 1.2 respect 1.3 sharing and 1.4 empathy? 2. What is the level of teachers performance in terms of; 2.1 creating an environment conducive to teaching and learning; 2.2 implementing, monitoring and assessing curriculum; 2.3 introducing innovation in teaching; 2.4 encouraging and enhancing personnel development and 2.5 fostering cooperative confrontation?

3. Is there a significant difference on the level of teachers work values when analyzed according to: 3.1 length of service and 3.2 educational qualifications?

4. . Is there a significant difference on the level of teachers performance when analyzed according to: 4.1 length of service and 4.2 educational qualifications?

5. Is there a significant relationship between the level of work values performance of teachers in KCAST, davao del Norte?

Hypotheses The following hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. 1. There is no significant difference on the level of teachers work values when analyzed according to length of serviced and educational qualifications. 2. There is no significant difference on the level of work values and educational qualifications 3. There is no significant relationship bet. The level of work values and performance of teachers in KCAST, Dvao del Norte.
