    CONTRACT

    WE, JOEL RUEDA., President of ODBASEA and GLEN VIOJAN, Herein referred to as the LESSEE, do hereby adheres to the following terms and condition. Of this Contract to conduct a mini-derby at the cockpit arena in Brgy Oquendo on May 18, 2012. 1. That the arena rental shall be paid before the formal start of the said derby. 2. That all financial obligations, like permits, taxes, security details etc, shall be shouldered by the lessee. 3. That all registered members of ODBASEA shall be accorded free entrance to the cockpit arena. 4. That all bet barkers (Cristo), shall be admitted with discounted entrance fee at the digression of the lessee. 5. Those individuals who were banned by the ODBASEA are strictly prohibited to gain entry into the cockpit arena.

    WE hereby affix, our signatures below to attest our conformity to the above terms and conditions. SIGNED this __________ day of ___________, 2012 in Oquendo Dist., Calbayog City, Philippines.
