Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Knead on a lightly floured surface until mixture is well incorporated and forms a smooth ball. 3. Roll out dough to 5mm thickness. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out treats and transfer to a heart shaped t baking tray. 4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. 5. Melt carob over a double boiler, or in a microwave (melt in 30-second bursts, stirring well between bursts). 30 second Dip cookies in carob, gently shaking off the excess. Invert on the wire rack until carob sets. shaking
