Make the Name Tags available at a specified Event, such as the Club Anniversary Picnic, the Club Christmas Dinner. Attendance Sheet Collect dues & give to Treasurer Issue New Member Welcome Package

Receive notification of a Club Member's event (other than birthdays) along with a mailing address and Dispatch a card for illness, injury or bereavement Add New Members. Update List with phone numbers, email addresses and Activity Interests Distribute Member List to Club Members monthly Annually: Prepare 'Membership Dues Received' Sheet and a List of Deleted Members for the Chair Respond to inquiries from prospective new members via email contact by checking tricityclub@gmail.com for persons responding by email Respond to inquiries from prospective members via telephone contact to the Club's newspaper notices.

Monitor the Community and Bulletins Columns for 'CLUB' advertisements; update as needed. Email the text of the notice we wish to submit to local newspapers 10 days prior to the Meeting. ACTIVE: The NOW Newspaper TriCity News INACTIVE: Burnaby NOW New Westminster RECORD Maple Ridge LEDGER Collect & store any photos submitted by members on CDs for future slideshows Provide Club Monthly Meetings with copies of: Agendas (30), Attendance List (1), Calendars (Current & Next) (30), Event Sign-Up Sheets (5), Membership Lists (10), Minutes of previous meeting (1), New Member Packages (keep 10 up-to-date copies), Volunteer Positions List (5). Estimate attendance based on emails, phone calls or last week's attendance. Make a Reservation. Attend the Breakfast. Assemble enough tables & chairs, 'Troubleshoot' any problems members may be having. Welcome New Members or guests. Take a current Membership List to discern who are Members and Membership Applications. Notify the Chair if you receive any Applications. Develop and maintain club's website. Update the webs Calendars, Events Page, Meeting Agenda, Member Application Form, Photos, Information & Procedures, Travel Page, Volunteer Positions List
