Gumilar Purnama (13090177), Gesang Suprayogi (13090197) Implementation of Security System Based On Traffic Lights Microcontroller AT89S51 and Infrared Sensors This thesis is the implementation of security systems for people, especially on the highway, which is to minimize traffic violations at a crossroads. Tool in the security system is working as a traffic light there was a marker of traffic violation (running a red light). It works based on Microcontroller AT89S51 IC and Infrared Sensors are connected to the Alarm So that it works according to its function, it is necessary to support the design and equipment, one of which is the software. By designing a program that fed into the microcontroller IC, then this tool will give a warning sound when a vehicle that breaks through infrared sensors. Keywords: Security Systems, Traffic Lights
