DEVELOPMENT PLAN DRAFTING WORKSHEET

INSTRUCTIONS

When drafting a development plan, we recommend creating two to three development goals that are
competencies or experiences necessary for a next career step. For each development goal, describe the
action plan for achieving the goal.
Coming up with good goals is hard and it can be helpful to reflect on insightful performance feedback or
advice you may have received in the past. Also, you can view and choose goals based on your
companys competency list by navigating to the Catalog after logging into your Qrew network. It is helpful
to get feedback on goals and action plans from your coaches.
It is important to select goals you truly believe in. Goals, along with other content entered into Qrew, will
NOT be used for any sort of performance evaluation.
