    DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS PROBLEM SET 1

    Directions: (1) Solve the following systematically as possible. Show your complete solutions. (2) Box your final answers. Unboxed answers will be considered incorrect. (3) Strictly engineering lettering.

    I. In each of the following, eliminate the arbitrary constants. (use both methods)

    II. Obtain the differential equation of the family of plane curves described and sketch several representative members of the family.
