I am fascinated towards teaching from my childhood.

I am the only person attaine d a master s degree in my family where I came from a rural area. By keeping in mind , immediately after completion of MBA started my career as a Management Teacher. As part of upgrading the academic qualification I have registered for Ph.D. wit h Rayalaseema University, a state University established by Government of Andhra Pradesh. As a young, aspiring Management teacher I am interested in attending t he FDP from IIM-Ahmadabad will help me in attaining research and analytical skil ls. Throughout my teaching career since 2008, I couldn t write any publishable resea rch paper and with lack of knowledge in solving case studies. I hope this progra m will help me to trounce the quandary. I seek the further refine the full gambi t of teaching skills that I will need as a state-of-the-art Management teacher. I have chosen the FDP with an emphasis in General Management, Functional areas, Research skills and I look forward to teaching. Your program will also help me i n completing Ph.D. By attending the program, I will learn how to further sharpen my ability to identify critical teaching processes, applications, Pedagogical a pproach and the various institutional styles of applying technology.
