Introduction Students work again on the tongue 10 twister in page 23 of their workbook. minutes Core of the class Pre-stage Students comment on how to talk about things that were different in the past. While-stage Students work on the crossword puzzle. Students work on the wordsearch puzzle. Students identify new words and look for meanings in their dictionaries. Students create meaningful sentences with the new vocabulary. Post-stage Students produce the sentences orally. Students correct their pronunciation with help from the teacher. Students check their answers. Closing Students check the contents of the class by answering direct questions about the past tense of the verb to be and new vocabulary.
