Monday, March 05, 2012 Dear LGPE Orchestra Parents & Students, Radloff MS has been selected as the

FOX 5 Field Trip for this week..and the orchestra has been selected to be part of this exciting opportunity!!!!!!! To be 100% prepared for this opportunity, there will be a mandatory rehearsal from 4:306:30pm on Wednesday, March 7th. If you do not attend this rehearsal, you will not be allowed to participate in the event on Friday. We will be filmed live in the morning on Thursday, March 8th. Students will need to arrive in the orchestra room at 6:30am!!!! Donuts and juice will be provided for the students starting at 6:15am. Students need to wear the normal orchestra uniform, which includes: black pants, black dress shoes and the new Radloff Orchestra polo. Additionally, parents need to have signed the GCPS media release form in order to participate. To make sure all of our bases are covered, please have the form attached to this sheet completed and signed before rehearsal on Wednesday, March 9th. Due to the timing of this event, new information will be provided daily to myself and other teachers. If anything changes from the information on this letter, it will be posted on my blog, located on the orchestra website (www.LRMSorchestra.com). Please check this page daily for any updates. I also understand that my student must attend the mandatory rehearsal on Wednesday, March 7th in order to participate and will have my student here on March 8th no later than 6:30am.
