    Dear Ms. Wolfe: This Court has informed the parties that oral argument in the above-referenced appeal will be heard during the week of September 24, 2012, subject to the approval of the presiding judge. Order (June 22, 2012). The purpose of this letter is to give notice that Counsel for Appellant the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group of the U.S. House of Representatives (the House)Paul D. Clement and H. Christopher Bartolomucciwill not be available to present oral argument on September 24 because of a scheduled oral argument in another matter. See Order, South Carolina v. United States, No. 12-203 (D.D.C. July 3, 2012) (three-judge court) (scheduling oral argument in Washington, D.C. for September 24, 2012). Counsel for the House respectfully requests that the Court schedule oral argument in this appeal after September 25 to allow Counsel time to travel from Washington to New York.
