bar 2 You can turn this tool bar on an off like other toolbar. 3 This tool bar will remain in Excel until you delete it. (you should not need to!) 4 Although you can see the toolbar, the macro only runs and load if you use it. How to use this tool bar 1 To place a cloud, you first have to highlight the cells or regions to be cloud. The content and format of these cell will not be affected by this macro 2 To place a Hold label or a Revision Triangle, Simply select the cell an press the button NOTES. These Macro will not work if part of the region selected is at the edge of the sheet. i.e. if the area selected includes anything in row 1 or column A These Macro don't like to be ZOOM IN and Out. When you some times you have all these horizontal lines on your sheet to fix this propblem you have to exit that work book or sheet and reopen it. if all fails close Excell and start again. This is not a Macro error.

TIPS 1 The Cloud macro draw each arc as an individual you can group them. 2 You can have odd shape cloud like the on the right, by creating them individually and delete the overlaps. 3 The Hold Label is a text box if the hold "notes" is require you can extend the size of this box. you can move this box where ever you want. Apologies About the Revision Clouds you may knotice that these clouds have a gap at each corner. This will be rectifie as soon as we can. Mean time you can select and move it or extend the end arc to suit. Regards.
