    To see the current duplex and speed settings of a network interface in AIX, use the entstat -d command. The lsattr command can be used to check which speeds and duplex settings an interface supports. The ifconfig, chdev, and entstat commands can be used to change the settings, bringing the interface down, modifying the attributes, and bringing it back up. Care should be taken when modifying settings over SSH or telnet.

Almost at the bottom of the output it shows media speed and duplex values.
