CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations must be received in writing by ANSH prior to September 1, 2012 and will be subject to a processing fee of $25.00. No refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2012. All refunds will be processed after the convention. PAYMENT METHOD: Check or Money Order must be in U.S. funds payable to ANSH. HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: A block of rooms have been reserved at the GALT HOUSE Hotel in Louisville, KY. Attendees can make their reservation on-line by accessing the Pass Key website dedicated to the event or by calling the hotels reservations office direct at 800843-4258. Be sure to mention ANSH and you will receive a room rate of $125.00/night (deluxe room) or $145.00/night (executive suite). Room rate includes 1 voucher per day for buffet breakfast @ Caf Magnolia. We invite all priests to be members and participate in our Annual National Convention. Active Members Priests of Latino heritage that hold valid canonical faculties and reside in the United States. They vote and participate in the Annual National Convention. Associate Members Priests who wish to participate in the Association activities. They may nominate members for honors of the Association and participate in the convention, but do not vote in the plenary sessions.
