My Best Friends Wedding starts at 8:30 pm at Briedert Green. Let's meet on the left side of the lawn at 7:30 so we'll have time to visit before the movie starts. Bring a snack/dessert to share, a chair, and bug spray! This should be a very fun adult night out.

Join us on Monday, July 9th at 10 am at Forest View Farms in Tinley Park. It is only $9.00 per child and $4.50 per adult. Bring a picnic to enjoy after riding!
A Note This is a club that provides support and activities for moms during daytime hours. Because this is a club to support moms, moms whose kids are in school during the day are welcome to attend all events.

Summer Berry Trifle From Family Fun Magazine Serving this traditional English dessert in a glass pedestal bowl shows off its impressive layers of ladyfingers, pudding, and colorful fruits. If you don't have one, a regular glass bowl will also do the trick. Ingredients 1 package (3.4-ounce) instant vanilla pudding 4 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries), washed and hulled, plus extra for garnish 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 cup whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 24 to 36 ladyfingers Instructions 1. To make the fillings, prepare the pudding according to the package directions and chill it. 2. Slice the strawberries, if you're using them, then toss all of the berries with the lemon juice and the 1/4 cup of sugar. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow the berries to release their juices. 3. In a medium mixing bowl, whip the cream, vanilla extract, and remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside. 4. To make the layers, set a layer of ladyfingers (around 7 or 8) on the bottom of a large, clear serving bowl (ours was 4 quarts). Top with the berries with half of the pudding. 5. Add another layer of ladyfingers, another third of the berries and juice, and the rest of the pudding. Add a final layer of ladyfingers and berries. Top with the whipped cream and a berry garnish. 6. Refrigerate until you're ready to serve. Serves 8 to 10.

The pool is zero-depth entry and has two water slides at the deep end. There is also an attached splash pad. When the open pool time ends we will roast marshmallows and make smores. 12:30 1:30 Picnic in the pavilion (next to playground) 1:30 - 4:30 Open swimming (there is a zero-depth pool with two water slides at the end and an attached splash pad its great for all ages) 4:30 6:30 Roasting marshmallows and playground play back at the pavilion You can come for any of the activities listed above we know everyones family and nap schedules are different. If you come for the picnic please bring a dish to pass. The chapter will provide fried chicken, plates, napkins, etc. If you dont come for the picnic but do come for the marshmallow roasting please bring a dessert or a snack to share. Also, please bring your own drinks (no alcohol, please). If you are swimming dont forget suits (1piece or no tummies showing please Camp rule) and towels. Cost is $6 per child (1 yr and older) and $9 per adult, regardless of which portions you attend most of the cost is in renting the space in general. We will send out an evite so that everyone can list what they are bringing. We hope to see you all there!!
