Questions:

Can we weatherize homes during this training time? With the solar training, should we use this program to install panels, etc. will a new roof be required to install solar panels? Cost for solar panel related activities/training how long? Should we expand the training time to ensure stipends go further? What is placement/hiring plan at conclusion of training? What else would be needed to go into weatherization as a business? One two classes of ten students going concurrently with each other or one following the other, with additional training for Envelop and Auditor taking place afterwards?
