Thanks Tell me about your self? My name is Sandeep Kumar. I am from Aligarh. Now I am pursuing B.Tech from Sunderdeep Engineering college, with aggregate 72% till 7th sem. I have completed my schooling from Aligarh in 2007. With the Percentage of 67 in High School and 69 in Intermediate. During B.Tech I have completed C, C++ and .Net 4.0. From Impeccable trainer pvt ltd. Coming to my family, My father is a X-Government employee INDIAN ARMY at a post of HONARY CAPTAIN, my Mother is house wife. And I have 5 sisters, my one elder sister is getting married and other two sisters, one studying in B.Sc and one studying B.Ed and two younger sister in secondary school. My strengths are Disciplined nature, Keen to adapt new skill, Positive and sincere attitude, Do not give up easily and believe in persistence. My hobbies are surfing internet and playing Outdoor games like football and cricket, learning good things from others and reading book. Since I am fresher, so I don't have any work experience. But I want to learn more with others and do my at level best.

My weakness are, * People get inspired me easily. * Little low in communication skill. Confindence is what you really are and having faith in yourself. Overconfidence is what you are not, but you want show-off. First, we analyze that work, then decided we can do that work this is confidence. Without analyzing that work then decided we can do that work this is overconfidence. Confidence is belief in our attitude matches to our ability and take decision after observing the result. Confidence is a positive attitude and result in construction. Yes sir first of all I want to place in your company. Its my dream. After that improve my skills which are useful to me and as well as to the company. And my long term goal is to become a good employee so that company never tries to leave me. And my real life goal is help at least two poor students because I know their problems. I have two goals that is my short term goal is to become a good worker in reputed company like yours. Reading Historical mythological and spiritual books - to extract knowledge from management perspective Wrting blog - Elaborating current affires through mangement view to extract learnings out of it Traking - visiting and exploring new places and meeting new people. Playing cricket and chess to keep myself mentaly and phiscially fit. I spend a lot of my free time with my cousins. I'm the eldest so I like to teach them new things and take them to places they'll enjoy. I'm an imaginative person and I like fiction. So I read at least 1 book a month and I write small poems too. I like to observe people around me as every person has something I can learn from him/her. Also, like many others in India I enjoy cricket, cartoons and music. 6) difference between confidence over confidence? Over confidence lead the person towards defeat and loss of reputation. Confidence results you happiness and positive attitude. But over confidence results sadness and dissatisfaction. 7) can you work under pressure? When you feel pressure on you it means you have responsibilities. To fulfill my responsibilities on time is my greatest strength. So i can surely work under pressure, as i take it as a responsibility not pressure. Yes! I can do job under pressure. I will overcome pressure by Perfect and proper planning then it doesn't lead the work to the pressure. Without pressure no one can be stronger so we have to handle pressure by our confidence. I have self confidence and determination so I can overcome that sir. I'm sure that, I can work under pressure. I can easily adapt with new circumstance and I believe that pressure is the part of life. I would like to work in most challenging environment. Important fact is that I love my job and my firm. This is my eOnce one of my friend was angry with me & I had to wish his B'day but problem was neither he uses net nor he was taking my calls & I didn't want to msg him. Initially, I activated caller tune as Bday song & sent msgs to my friend contained lots of unpleasent words which made him so much frustrated that he had to call me. It worked, he made calls to me, I did attand it but IInd time & he said nothing about msg except abey tu bhula nhi, thank you.xample of creativity. :-). 9) My Parents efforts and sacrifices to fulfill their dream of see me standing on my own feet at respectable position motivates me to do the good job My Parents. My Mother made me stand here where I'am standing in my Life today.My Father worked so hard to provide me with good Education. So, fulfilling my Parents dreams motivates me to do a Good Job. Recognition, encouragement and work satisfaction will lift me upwards and make happy also. Whenever we heard someone saying us he/she is really good and serene character our heart felts better. I accepted the job as a challenge as i was sure that i will be able to switch. Finally i got the opportunity to switch and today i am happy. My toughest decision was to take admission in B.Tech. my father is a farmer so my parents not gave permission to me for this education but I convinced them for my studies & now thy are happy with my decision.
