BORL is a Company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., with equity participation from Oman Oil Company S. A. O. C., Oman. BORL has set up a 6 MMTPA grass root petroleum refinery at Bina, Madhya Pradesh. The state-of-the-art refinery has commenced production and is fully operational. Other than Refinery located at Bina, there is a Crude Oil Terminal located at Vadinar (Jamnagar, Gujarat), a 935 KM long cross country underground pipeline across Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh to transport crude oil to Bina, a marketing terminal at Bina spread over 640 acres and a 257 KM long underground cross country pipeline to Kota (Rajasthan) for dispatching end products. Other than green fuels such as unleaded Euro III and Euro IV grade of Petrol and Diesel, refinery produces Kerosene, LPG, ATF, Naphtha, Pet Coke, and Sulphur. For the comfort and welfare of the employees at Bina, there is a Residential Complex close to the refinery, with a shopping centre, a reputed school with education upto Class XII (DAV BORL Public School), a Club House (Khajuraho Klub) with well equipped recreational facilities, and a hospital with health care facilities (Vivekananda Kendra BORL Hospital). Vice President / Assistant Vice President - Finance

Qualification: Chartered Accountant from ICAI

Experience: 18-25 years of experience in a process industry, preferably from Oil companies. The job responsibilities cover Treasury & Banking Management, Financial Reporting, Administration of Accounts, Administration of Taxes, Finalization of Contract Agreements and other Statutory documents, Audit etc. with knowledge of working on SAP platform.

Vice President / Assistant Vice President Fire & Safety

Position Code: 02

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College (Nagpur) & Diploma in Industrial Safety from Recognized Institute Experience: 18-25 years & above. Responsible for overall administration of Fire & Safety department. Knowledge of Fire & Safety systems, procedures and other related rules & regulations as applicable with specific requirements of Oil & Gas Industry. Create MIS and analyze to help the Senior Management for making futuristic policies with respect to Fire & Safety. To ensure the enhancement of technical and operational skills creativity of the subordinates. Knowledge of conducting Internal Safety Audit & External Safety Audit. Investigate and prepare report on occurrence of fire / safety incident including the Company Reporting System and give advice on future prevention.

Vice President / Assistant Vice President IT &ERP

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Computer Science or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Experience: 18-25 years & above experience in managing Computer based Systems and Services. Must have experience in LAN / WAN / WLAN Network, IT Security Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Intranet Applications and SAP. Certification in Microsoft Technologies (MCSE), Dot Net, any Functional / Technical Module in SAP would be an added advantage. Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Unified Communication system, L2/L3 Switches, Network / Voice Routers, LAN Management Solution (CW LMS), CISCO Call Manager/ Meeting Place / Operations Manager, Call Billing Software, Wireless Access points, ASA Firewall / IPS / IDS, AAA Server, CSMARS, Physical Security Solutions using IP Video Cameras, Video Surveillance Operation Manager (VSOM), Leased Lines, MPLS Links, E1 PRI Lines, VSAT, VPN and Internet Access Links, Intranet, Share Point Portal, EDMS, Project Server including related appliances and equipments is a must

Vice President / Assistant Vice President Power & Utilities

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputed university & First Class Boiler Proficiency Certificate Experience: 18-25 years & above experience in operations & maintenance of thermal power plant of minimum 60 MW. Candidates shall have an experience in high pressure CFBC / AFBC / PF boilers of over 75 bar with coal / lignite / pet coke firing system, steam turbine generator, electrical generation & distribution system, solid material handling systems, DCS-based instrumentation systems etc. Experience in operation and maintenance of utility plants of Refinery / Chemicals & Petrochemicals / Fertilizers plants would be an added advantage.

Assistant Vice President (Inspection)

Position Code: 05

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputed University Experience: Minimum 18 years experience in Petroleum Refinery, capable of leading a team of Inspection engineers, guiding and updating their skills. He should have hands-on experience in shutdown and on-stream Inspection of static equipments like column, vessel, heat exchanger, heater etc. along with thorough knowledge of relevant National & International Codes / Standards like ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI, IBR etc. and various welding techniques. Knowledge on corrosion of various hydrocarbon processing

units in Refineries, Power and utilities will be one of the key requirements. Should be conversant with RBI, RLA techniques, Failure Analysis, and advanced NDT techniques etc. He should have minimum Level-2 certification on NDT and ensure the availability of agencies, equipment upkeep, Compliance to statutory rules .

Manager (Fire & Safety)

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Fire from a reputed University and Diploma in Industrial Safety from Recognized Institute Experience: 10 to 14 years experience in the field of Fire & Safety in any oil refinery / petrochemical / fertilizer plant etc.

Manager (Instrumentation)
Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Instrumentation & Control from a reputed University

Position Code: 07

Experience: 10 to 14 years of experience in planning scheduling and executing planned instrument maintenance, break down and preventive instrumentation maintenance in Oil Refinery / Petrochemical Industry and process plants. Budgeting, resource management and expertise in handling contracts.

Manager (Process)
Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

Position Code: 08

Experience: 10 to 14 years experience in operating units in Oil Refining / Fertilizer / petrochemical Industry with 3-4 years experience in independently guiding the process team in running & monitoring different process plants. Hands-on experience in DCS operations is a must.

Manager ( Process Optimisation)

Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

Position Code: 09

Experience: 10 to 14 years experience in Technical Services department of petroleum refineries / petrochemicals / engineering companies / other major Process Industries, out of which minimum 4-5 years experience in Advanced Process Control (APC), Simulation Packages etc. Knowledge of latest Chemical engineering software is essential.

Assistant Manager (Human Resource)

Qualification: BE & MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed University
