chrome ore from worldwide.Of which, 4,286,660 tons from South Africa, 1,511,514 tons from Turkey, 601,237 tons from Oman, 422,499 tons from Pakistan, 316,279 tons from Iran and 388,121 tons from India, Although the chrome ore market is not active by the second half of 2011, the total import volume will be higher than that in 2010.

In 2011, chrome ore price is changed every month. In the 1st quarter, the chrome ore prices soar to the peak about 415 USD/MT for Turkey origin. Chinese chrome ore traders are busy to import when the market is at uptrend. Chrome ore exports volume increase sharply when China market is active, especially in In the 1st quarter.
