I am working with the content manager and the visual designer on the improvement of the website UI, starting from business requirements. I define the Information Architecture, sketching and creating quick lo-fi wireframes and prototypes for every single page.

I am in charge of creating and updating the HTML prototype of the mobile and tablet version of the product. I also design tasks and scenarios for Remote Usability Testing, for verifying and testing the platform at the end of each Agile iteration delivering new features.

2.0 Online platform for University Researcher

I was involved in the specification of the Information Architecture. I designed a couple of card sorting sessions and I took part at interviews and focus groups. I realized concept maps for exploring and clarifying all the projects key concepts. Together with the design team, we developed flowcharts for defining what the users would encounter when landing on the platform.

Having been involved in the research phase, I was able to realize a Mental Model of the Italian University Researcher, who was the user whose needs we were trying to cover.

My work continued with sitemaps and prototypes. We also made a document for UI specifications together with the design team. I conducted several sessions of Guerrilla Usability Tests at the end of the first Agile iterations, presenting the findings to the stakeholders.
