incoln Little League, the 2012 Best of the Best sports organization, was founded in 1959 and has grown into one of the prem leagues in ier D istrict 11. Of the four All Stars team that played during the week of July 2-8, Lins colns All Stars for 9-10, Majors and Juniors all m it to the cham ade pionship round for Area 1. T Majors not only won the Area 1 crown but went on to he defeat Area 2 for the district title. We are proud to be the Best of the Best sports organization in Lincoln, said Lincoln Little League board vice president Jon Chapple. Short, 37, is a third-generation Lincoln resident. H is also an attorney and a real estate broker. e H was first elected to City Council in 2000 and e has been m ayor twice.
