IMAFLORA is a non-profit Brazilian organization established in 1995 to encourage both conservation and sustainable use of natural resources and promote social benefits in the forest and agricultural sectors. // 2001 Final project at the FAAP (Fundao Armando lvares Penteado): by laminating wood and coconut fibber. The objective was to substitute part of the wood and design a bench that could be of any size. In the end 25% of the wood was substitute by the fibber. Graduated with maximum score. // 2002 Start working for TERRA DESIGN of Lars Diederichsen (www.terradesign.com.br). The studio develops work with small communities around Brazil focusing in craftsmanship and self-sustainability as well industrial furniture. Period: 4 months. Invited to present the N1 armchair and ITU chair/bench at the exhibition D&D Novos Talentos do Design de Norte a Sul do Pas (New Talents of Design from North to South of Brazil Awards. Invited to attend a workshop regarding the possibilities of Copper given by the Procobre institute. Period: 2 weeks. Concurso Latino Americano de Diseo El Espritu del Cobre (Latin American Copper Design Awards) - Ideograma copper lamp was selected for the exhibition in the National Museum of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires Work as a freelancer at USO studio of Wladimir Iglesias Filho developing all graphic presentations of projects, research of new materials for future projects and 3D for several furniture, lighting and object companies in So Paulo. Develops the logo and stationery of the designer/architect Pedro Useche (http://www.useche.com.br/). // 2003 First sketches for the mimo Chair, based in same material of the Sandals Havaianas. Mimo project was selected for the exhibition and received the Best Furniture awards at Museu da Casa Brasileira design awards, the most important design awards in Brazil. Work as a freelancer for DPOT, ORRO & CHRISTENSEN developing furniture projects. // 2004 Collaboration with the company QUICKPLAST to develop a furniture that could promote the PMPT technology (Planar Modular Production Technology) used by them. OTTO project was selected for the exhibition at Museu da Casa Brasileira, the most important design awards exhibition in Brazil. Later on the organization Brazil faz Design select the Mimo chair for an exhibition regarding new Brazilian designers at the Design week in Milan, Italy. Later on the Mimo chair was selected for the exhibition and received an honour mention of Best National Design at the MvelSul Design Fair.

Through the invitation of Design Excellence Brazil the OTTO project was selected to represent Brazils Design in the first Brazilian selection for the IF Design Awards selection in Germany. Later on the OTTO and MVVI tables were selected for the exhibition at the MvelSul Design Fair.

// 2006 Work under contract at UNIVERS Design studio of the architect and graphic designer Marcelo Aflalo developing under his supervision concepts, catalogs, logos and its full range of applications. Responsible for design, organize and implement all the graphic signalization of the ELDORADO BUSINESS TOWER in So Paulo amongst other main clients.
