A large advertising agency or departmen t may employ hundreds or thousands of people, including advertising and marketin g specialists, designers, writers known as copywriters, artists, economists, psy chologists, researchers, media analysts, product testers, librarians, accountant s and bookkeepers, and mathematicians. Profile: Multinational Advertising Agency Introduction: Commenced in 2058 BS, Multinational Advertising has been is the slow and steady professional communication management in Nepal. With a list of clients, Multinat ional Advertising has been effectively providing communication solutions as mark eting support to various brands and services. Multinational Advertising agency h as also done its share in providing communication support to a good number of so cial marketing product campaigns either directly or in association with strategi c partners. The agency was established from a private sector. The mission of the agency is d ived into two parts Making and Presenting. Either company makes the ad by themse lves from the very first phase of concept development or simply the company take s the responsibility of only presenting the already prepared advertise. It also plays a mid role between the clients and media. Located in putalisadak Multinational Advertising agencies make money in a variet y of ways. The agency buys time for an ad on the radio or on television or in a newspaper or magazine. Agencies also charge clients for the cost of producing th e ads. Increasingly, agency now is charging clients a straight monthly or hourly fee for all of their services or is combining a fee with some kind of commissio n. Agencies have turned to this approach because clients are asking them to addr ess a range of marketing issues rather than just producing ads. The agency assigns an account executive to act as link between it and the client . The account executive manages all of the services conducted on behalf of the c lient and coordinates the team assigned to the client's business. The account ex ecutive directs the preparation of the advertising strategy, which includes deci ding how and to whom the product or service will be presented. The account execu tive also assigns priorities, oversees the budget, reviews and approves all reco mmendations before they are taken to the client, and makes sure that the agency meets all deadlines.
