Guidelines for Spot Round

1. Candidates attending for Spot Round should report between 9 and 11AM on 31-07-2012 at the Institute Auditorium .Candidates reporting beyond 11AM will not be allowed for Spot Round. 2. Candidate who is opting for Spot Round must attend in person along with photo ID (PAN card/Driving License etc.) 3. Candidates who have registered with CCMT-2012 only are eligible for the Spot Round. They have to indicate their PRN(Provisional Registration Number) and submit registration letter as a proof. 4. Candidates who have already taken admission at NIT Warangal are also eligible. They also need to apply in the prescribed format. 5. The candidates who have taken admission in other NITs are not eligible for Spot Round. 6. All candidates appearing for the spot counseling (other than those who are already on rolls of NIT Warangal) should produce a DD drawn in favor of Director, NIT Warangal for Rs.45,750/(for Male-Hosteller) ,Rs.42,750/- (for Female-Hosteller) ,Rs.37,250/- (Day Scholar-Male), Rs.37,250/- ( Day Scholar-Female).Hostellers have to submit another DD in favor of Chief Warden, NITW Hostels for Rs.20,500/- (Male) and Rs.19,500/- (Female) 7. Unsuccessful candidates will get back their DDs after the spot round. 8. All original certificates including qualifying degree, GATE exam, date of birth, caste certificate (in case of OBC certificate issued on or after 01-01-2012) at the time of spot round. No custodian certificate is acceptable.
